M87 Return and Refund Policy

At M87, our goal is to deliver premium, custom-crafted leather wear that lasts a lifetime. Because we operate on a strict made-to-order business model and genuine leather is a high-value, delicate material, we have implemented firm return guidelines to ensure transparency and maintain our quality standards.

A Note on Our Strict Policies

We implement these return procedures reluctantly, knowing they are significantly stricter than what you might find at traditional fast-fashion or mass-retail stores. However, this strictness is the necessary trade-off that allows us to keep our products so exceptionally affordable.

Because we operate with minimal margins, eliminate expensive inventory warehousing, and custom-craft every single jacket fresh to order, we cannot absorb the heavy operational costs of casual returns, "wardrobing," or order changes. We choose to protect the affordability and world-class craftsmanship of our jackets rather than padding our prices to cover return losses.

1. Strict Bespoke Sizing Policy: No Refunds for Fit Issues

M87 does not hold pre-made stock. Every single jacket is cut, stitched, and crafted fresh specifically for the person who ordered it.

Size Selection: We have provided all standard size options directly on the product page, accompanied by a highly detailed size sheet for your reference. It is the customer's absolute responsibility to review these exact measurements carefully before placing an order.
Custom Requirements (12-Hour Window): If you have a specific sizing requirement that falls outside of our standard size sheet, you can request custom tailoring. You must email your specific measurements to apparel@meighty7.com within a strict 12-hour window immediately following your purchase. Be sure to include your Full Name and Order Number.
No Fit Refunds: Because your jacket is a custom-made garment tailored specifically for you, it cannot be easily restocked or resold. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for sizing or fit issues. You will be required to confirm your measurements during checkout; once production begins after the 12-hour window, these dimensions cannot be changed.

2. Shipping Costs, Deductions, and Designated Global Return Hubs

We are pleased to offer complimentary "Free Shipping" for our customers at checkout. However, safely transporting heavy, premium leather goods directly from our international artisans incurs a significant logistical cost to our business.

Designated Return Address in Every Country We Ship To: If you process an eligible return, you will not need to ship the item internationally or deal with complex cross-border customs. We maintain a designated return address in every country we ship to, ensuring a smooth and localized return process.
Initial Shipping Deduction: If you process an eligible return, the exact shipping and logistics cost M87 incurred to initially send the item to you will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is 100% responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to the designated local return address in their country.

3. The 14-Day Return Window (Manufacturing Defects Only)

Because our items are made-to-order, returns are only accepted in the rare event of a severe manufacturing defect. For eligible returns, you have exactly 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this 14-day window will be automatically rejected.

4. The Exterior Security Ribbon

Every M87 jacket is shipped with a highly visible, brightly colored security ribbon attached to the exterior front zipper.

This placement allows you to fully wear, zip, and evaluate the jacket in the mirror at home. You cannot wear the jacket out socially without this ribbon being prominently visible. If this security ribbon is cut, removed, unclasped, or tampered with in any capacity, the item is immediately rendered non-refundable. No exceptions.

5. Zero Tolerance for Damage & Wear

Leather is a luxury material that scratches, creases, and absorbs odors easily. All eligible returns must be in the exact factory condition in which they were sent.

Any item returned with scuffs, scratches, liquid stains, or stretched leather will be rejected.
Garments smelling of cologne, perfume, smoke, or body odor will fail our inspection.
If a returned item fails our quality inspection due to customer damage or wear, the refund will be denied, and the item will only be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.

6. Bespoke Delivery Timeline (10 to 15 Business Days)

Crafting a premium leather jacket from scratch requires precision. Our 10 to 15 business day delivery window allows the time necessary for our artisans to cut and stitch your custom garment, conduct a rigorous final quality assurance inspection, and apply specialized protective packaging. We do not rush this process, as our priority is delivering a flawless product to your door.

7. Natural Leather Characteristics

Because our goods are crafted from authentic, natural leather, slight variations in grain, subtle texture differences, and small natural markings are to be expected. These are proof of authenticity and are not considered manufacturing defects.

8. How to Initiate an Eligible Return

If your item meets the highly specific conditions for a return (manufacturing defect, unworn, security ribbon intact):

Email our support team at apparel@meighty7.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
Include your Full Name, Order Number, and a detailed explanation of the manufacturing defect.
Attach clear photos of the jacket, explicitly showing the defect, the un-tampered security ribbon, and the front/back of the garment.

Once approved, we will reply via official email with the exact designated return address for your country. Refunds (minus the original shipping/logistics costs we incurred) are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of the item passing inspection at your local return address.
