M87 Shipping Policy

At M87, our direct-to-consumer model is built on radical transparency. Because we do not hold inventory in local warehouses, your jacket is shipped directly from the hands of our expert artisans in Pakistan straight to your doorstep.

This streamlined approach eliminates retail markups and middleman fees, but it also requires a highly coordinated logistics process. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Complimentary Global Shipping

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all M87 jacket orders.

While we absorb this significant logistical cost to keep your purchase as straightforward as possible (a flat 250 AUD), please note that this initial shipping cost is factored into our return policy. If you process an eligible return, the exact shipping and logistics cost we incurred to send the item to you will be deducted from your final refund.

2. The Made-to-Order Timeline (10 to 15 Business Days)

We do not pull pre-made jackets off a warehouse rack. Every M87 jacket is crafted fresh to order.

From the moment your order is finalized, please expect a 10 to 15 business day delivery window. This timeframe is non-negotiable and covers the following bespoke process:

  • Order Verification (Hours 1-12): A brief window for you to submit custom measurements or address corrections.

  • Crafting & Tailoring: Your jacket is individually cut, stitched, and finished by our artisans.

  • Quality Assurance: The garment undergoes a rigorous final inspection to ensure stitching, leather quality, and hardware meet M87 standards.

  • Transit: The jacket is secured in specialized protective packaging and handed over to our international courier partners for direct delivery to your country.

We do not rush this process. Our priority is delivering a flawless, custom-crafted product to your door.

3. Order Tracking

Once your jacket has passed its final quality inspection and is handed over to our shipping partners, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will contain your specialized tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey in real-time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active after receiving the email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Because your custom jacket is shipped internationally from our manufacturing facility in Pakistan, it must pass through your country's customs department.

  • In many cases, the 250 AUD value of our jackets falls below the threshold for import taxes in major regions.

  • However, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees legally required by their specific country. M87 cannot predict, control, or pay for these localized government fees.

  • If a package is refused by the customer due to unpaid customs fees, it will be treated as an unauthorized return and may be subject to severe logistical deductions or abandonment at the customer's expense.

5. Address Modifications (The 12-Hour Window)

Because our production and logistics process is highly streamlined, we have a very strict window for modifying delivery information.

If you need to change your shipping address, you must email apparel@meighty7.com within 12 hours of placing your order, including your Full Name, Order Number, and the correct address. Once this 12-hour window closes, logistics are booked, and we can no longer reroute the package. M87 is not responsible for jackets delivered to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer at checkout.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • In Transit: If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact our support team. We will liaise with the courier to locate your package.

  • Marked as Delivered: If your package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, building management, or local postal workers. M87 is not liable for packages that are stolen from porches or lobbies after the courier has provided proof of delivery.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives with severe, visible damage to the exterior shipping box that has affected the leather inside, please take clear photos of the unopened damaged box AND the damaged jacket. Email these immediately to apparel@meighty7.com so we can file a claim with the courier and resolve the issue for you.
